Fail to Join Game

in my acc "Sapolcho" have one hero "Run" that can not join or create game ?? How can i fix that?

If it's a single character that you're having issues with, wait a few hours and try again. The server automatically fixes those characters every 6 hours (6 & 12 am/pm).

Ok i see that there is an explanation. But still that does not explain the strange errors sometimes when you die and cannot enter game cause the game kicks you out

If you help me to understand your issue better and maybe even reproduce it on my side, I may be able to investigate and answer your question.
