Hello everyone.I just wana know if i can play here.I played 1 year ago now i heard that's only for bulgarians.You can't make an exception for me?Im from Romania ,we are neighbours. Thank you guys

Thank you very much Mr.DarkKiss but there is a problem.I got dynamic ip, it changes every time i connect to the network.
