Can i play on Dreaming with Dynamic ip?

Hi, anyone can tell me if i could play.I think there is a problem becouse i have dynamic ip,i mean "I connect to the network and i have for example the ip 79.4.253.79,and if i disconnect the network and connect again the ip is changing."Please i really want to play here , i like this server. (By the way im not from bulgaria, im from romania.)

Your ISP's network range is added to the exceptions, feel free to play and if u have any issues, please contact us.
